What I’m Wearing To Blogpaws
What does one wear to Blogpaws the biggest pet blogger conference? Since I’m 110% cat, I have to be true to my kitty tribe. I’ve been known to wear cat ears but I’m fussy about wearing kitty clothes. You know the t-shirts with huge cats, crazy cat lady slogans or glitter. That’s not my style. I searched on Etsy for something different and found Wink Urban Fashion designs with wit and whimsy.
No wonder they had a unique flair, they’re based in Israel! I was a little leery about dealing with a shop overseas but Hadas Hall the owner/designer/ illustrator was purrfect. She responded quickly, answered all my questions and shipped promptly. Hadas is a cat lover but also designs cat and non-cat themed items. She also has the most adorable line of kids wear, I wish I had a youngster to shop for.
Everything is made of top quality cotton in the designer’s signature loose, super comfortable silhouettes. The affordable prices are bonus. I confess after putting on some winter weight, the last thing I wanted was skin tight anything!

When a small box arrived, I felt a pang of disappointment. She must have left something out. How could 8 items fit in a box so small? But like magic, everything unwrapped beautifully. The t-shirt fabric is so fine (but not see-through) it’ll be perfect for hot summer days and ideal for travel, packing flat as a crepe. I’m an American size 8 and the medium T was super loose. After I lose a few pounds, I’d go for a small next time. If you’re a tiny 0 or size 2 even a size small will be too big. If you’re larger, there are large, X large and XX large sizes.
- The first thing I fell in love with is the slouchy, cat dress with pockets in organic French terry free international shipping. I usually work in my pajamas but now I can work, sleep and lounge in this. It’s crazy comfortable.
- Ditto the boyfriend T. with a wide neck. It’s the one Hadas is wearing in the image above.
- I’ve never seen a sophisticated kitty applique on a T like this. It could be dressed up or dressed down with leggings, jeans, linen trousers or skirt.
- Love, love, love the cat love T in charcoal grey.
- I can’t wait for a heatwave so I can wear this lavender scoop tank top.
- I got hubby a T with a regular neck. This is Hadas’s hubby holding their cat He’s modeling the doggie design.
- Are you a scarf lover like me? I can never have too many, but I’ve never liked a scarf with a kitty print until now.
- Normally I shy away from kitty jewelry but this acrylic laser cut kitty makes a cool statement on a crisp white shirt or T.

Cute shirts. I am the same way with Doxie stuff for the most part. There are a lot of Dachshund shirts out there but most are too cutesey or gaudy. I prefer a more classic or whimsical Doxie 🙂 See you soon!

oh yeah, I’m with you not overdoing the cat outfits. I like your selections. I would probably wear cat ear headband, boots and gloves (finger holes) in the color of a cat, like a tux or a siamese, and then wear a pantsuit/catsuit in the other colors of the cat, like a tux or siamese or marmelade.

These are wonderful items! It’s hard to find something that doesn’t make one look like a “crazy cat lady” in the worst sense of the term. The free international shipping is a real bonus. I buy other types of items from a show p=in Israel and have never been disappointed.
