Twitching Purr-fect Tales Book And My Own Pet Balloon Giveaway
At the BEA Book Expo in New York earlier this summer I met Donna Scott-Nusrala, the author of several children’s book. She gave me a copy of her latest book The Purr-fect Twitching Tale which I was thrilled to learn it came with a cat. No, not a real one but one of the ingenious ones from My Own Pet Balloon. These helium pets could be walked and were the hit of the show. I spotted bestselling YA author Tahereh Mafi walking her balloon pet.
The Purr-fect Twitching Tale is a picture book for kids ages 3 and up, way up, like age 33 or 43 or 53. Stories like this are universal, timeless and filled with magic and wonder. Tales is about a magical place where cats live until they hear a child wish for their own special cat. For every child wishing for a cat there is a cat wishing for a child. The charming illustrations by Amy Rottinger brings this cat tale to life.
