Humans have loved cats for thousands of years (except during the Dark Ages) and cats have largely returned the favor. So why do we love cats so much? I think cats are mysterious muses for the creative soul, moving sculpture and living poetry.   1. I am somewhat concerned that Merlin’s collar is way too big and he might catch it on something since he still goes out. Also, I am surprised that he isn’t wearing a break away collar.

  2. Mommy has ALWAYS had a cat! She can’t imagine life without one (except for a few short years when she lived in a apartment that would not allow them) Cats = Love!

  5. Oh gosh, there are so many reasons to love all these cats. People that haven’t loved a cat during their lives have missed a huge part of their life. Once a cat trusts you, they are your best friend no matter what you do to them. Great post.

  6. I love cats. Always have, , forever will. They are magnificent. Our pets hsve given me more than I can ever return. I am healthier mentally and physically because of them. All our pets were rescue pets but they rescued me and have beem with me through sad times and happy times. . I love them forever.

  7. I love cats because they’re so loving. My babies have taught me more about unconditional love than any human ever has, and I will always be thankful for that. 🙂
