Food For Thought on Father’s Day
Happy (Almost) Father’s Day! As all cats know…
News, Mews and Books Reviews by Gris Gris
Have you ever seen someone eating alone in a restaurant reading a book? If I were able to eat in a restaurant, I take a copy of The Secret Life of Cats by Vicky Hall with me. Don’t you think I would have looked good on the cover? That’s a gorgeous Russian Blue on the cover and there’s tons of equally stunning photography inside that made my mom Layla drool (just a little). This is nice-sized book with silky, thick paper. That’s good thing for a reference book, If you’re messy and spill things. There’s oodles of anecdotes, trivia, tips and tidbits of advice to lap up. She sheds some light on our secrets, but let me tell you, I have some secrets I’ll never share.
Rating: Four Paws. 256 pages. Published 2010.
