Caturday “Sale” & Layla Morgan Wilde Wins CWA Muse Medallion Photography Award
It’s a Caturday “Sale” for the Photohunt theme and this pink pet carrier at $800.00 was for sale but no bargain. I was a pet product show recently because I’m always on the hunt to share the latest and best pet products. Sadly, the most expensive isn’t always the best. The beautifully crafted, all leather carrier was really heavy, and I shudder to think what would happen after a messy mishap to the vet.
Odin did not approve of the extravagant carrier but quite liked “his” Muse Medallion won last Saturday at the CWA awards gala for black & white photography (single category). Granted, the image did feature him so I’m happy to share the award.
We decided to create a special 2 for 1 sale of the photo and donate all proceeds to the ASPCA.

Good grief…$800 that’s ridiculous..i agree you could feed so many animals with that..or provide a much needed operation…i prefer to use practical and cost effective ..easier to carry clean and use …especially with four cats..and my oh my what a great medal!! concats Odin 🙂 must weigh a poor kitty down though it’s epic sized !hugs Fozziemum

Oh I agree on that carrier – pretty in pink alright but I’d be afraid to — — — USE it at that cost and especially if it’s heavy, etc. Congratulations again on the award Layla – much deserved and Odin is such a PERFECT photo subject no wonder you all won a medallion.
