This Caturday Gris Gris and Merlin are taking charge.

Merlin: After a chilly week snuggling on the heating pad it was warm enough yesterday for Layla to have coffee and a smoked salmon sandwich in the garden while I soaked in the sun and walked with gusto. Gris Gris, my loyal friend kept his eyes on me as per usual except when he jumped up and absconded with Layla’s smoked salmon.

Gris Gris: Are you accusing me of stealing? After she gave me a few tidbits of salmon, doesn’t that mean it’s all mine? Anyway she shouldn’t have left it unsnoopervised while taking your picture.

Merlin: It’s okay. Cats are opportunists. You didn’t get it all and just as well. All that salt wouldn’t be healthy. Speaking of healthy, Layla, her mom in Canada and Domino could all use purrs for different reasons. Our vet is coming on Tuesday and it’s been exhausting for the humans.

Gris Gris: Yeah, I knew something was off with Domino when he slept on top of Layla. He never does that except when he’s sick and wants her to know. He’s odd that way. Anyway, we hope all you friends send purrs!

Merlin: Yes, please send purrs and if you’re on Facebook post your kitty pics to our Facebook page. We want to see your furry faces. Now excuse me while I catch the last rays. MO– — — USES, it’s getting dark at 4:30!
