Magic Mancat Monday + Butt Pillows
We’re baaaaack and it looks likes a rainy week is ahead. What’s a cat to do but stay cozy and dry. Cats are eternal pleasure seekers and discomfort avoiders. A furry butt makes the perfect pillow if you’re friends with the owner. Gris Gris and Domino have bonded more deeply in recent months. The garden is jungle lush, the wisteria is blooming and so are the individual friendships between all our boys.
The only one for doesn’t mind the rain is Odin and we indulge him. It’s one reason he never needs baths. He gets soaked. I towel him off. He runs out again. No rinse. No lather and repeat.
The boys were featured on Simon Teakettle’s blog and have joined the fan club.
Merlin is happy just to begin another week. It’s all good and precious. Have a magical week!

The garden photos are beautiful and everybody looks so happy. It’s very wonderful how things just work out. Love the rain baths. Rainwater is supposed to be perfect for washing human hair so it probably works just as well on cat fur. Janet

Have a great week, rain or no rain. Looks like we’ll have some today and into the week, but the gardens need it, so we don’t mind too much. We might even be able to persuade our human to stay home and snuggle with us on this Victoria Day, instead of running around doing human stuff. Which surely can’t be more important than attending to our needs!
