The Dilemma of a Cat Man
Good News: Merlin’s test results are good for a seventeen-year-old. There are elevated BUN and creatinine levels but within the normal range and no change from six months ago which Dr. G. feels is good. Creatinine levels in the blood are the first indicators of kidney disease. Geriatric cats can have rapid changes which makes monitoring more critical with twice yearly check-ups a must.
Layla is off gallivanting in the city and leaving cat care to hubby. Poor hubby, this is the dilemma of a cat man! Sometimes she thinks he loves the cats more than she does. Meanwhile, both Merlin and Domino don’t miss her because…
