Monday With Merlin On Memory Lane
Don’t look, dear friends. It’s my wall of shame. My mom, Layla found an old photo
of me while organizing her office. See what happens when you start decluttering and doing all that feng shui stuff? I say, the past is dead and buried. Leave it alone. This was taken 12 years ago when I was a young six year-old. My vet said I was the biggest Siamese he’d ever seen. And no, I wasn’t fat but 17 pounds of muscle. He used to call me a sexy beast!
I’m half that weight now but still have a set of lungs that could drown a foghorn. And I know how to use them. Frequently. Most cats, when sick hide their symptoms but not me. I’ve trained my parents to tell the difference between the different kinds of vocalizations. I’m back on antibiotics and have quieted down and I have my revenge.
