You may have seen fellow cat behaviorist Jackson Galaxy of my Cat From Hell use Fizzion the eco-friendly pet stain and odor removal on his TV show. That made me curious but I never believe anyone about any product until I try it myself. The lovely folks at Fizzion sent me some to try and boy, did I ever. Count me as another Fizzion fan! I review tons of “green” products at Cat Wisdom 101 and all have been good for one thing or another but none are multi-purpose or have the zero carbon footprint of Fizzion.

It begins with the packaging. Recycled and without a styrofoam peanut in sight, I sighed in relief. You will need scissors or a knife to open the tablet packaging. It’s easy peasy. Plop one CO2 based tablet in the empty 32 oz. spray bottle. Add warm tap water to fill and presto, it’s ready to use in multiple ways. The enzyme action works immediately without any scent. Many products like Febreze boast clean, fresh, lemon-scented whatever but they contain chemicals that you, your pet nor the environment needs.
Fizzion zaps any stain, any odor anywhere but not just litter box odors or pet stains on the rug. Litter boxes need a good cleaning every so often and most people will use use soapy water and bleach which leaves a scent cats can detect. Sometimes that scent residue can create a litter box issue. Pee ew, I’m not using that litter a cat might say. With Fizzion, all stains or odors are removed quickly and easily with no residue or after-scent.
I put Fizzion to the test on multiple surfaces from fingerprints on stainless steel, stains on a painted wall, a scuffed wooden table, a stained fabric cushion but my unexpected favorite? Glass, mirror and windows! I don’t like scented glass cleaners and or natural ones that reek of vinegar. I love how Fizzion cut through serious grime on glass with streak-free ease. With a new stray spraying my entire house (including the wall heater, so I now *enjoy* the scent of hot cat spray at night), I would REALLY use this!!

Fizzion is WONDERFUL! I used to be able to get it locally but the store that carried it closed.
So the last batch I bought came from the website. This stuff is so good I’ll buy it off the internet and my friends all know I’m really particular what I will buy off the net. Thanks for the informative review. I’m always looking for effective non-toxic products, & I like that this cleans multiple surfaces.
Have been using Fizzion for about 9 mos, it is the best product I have found for those kitty no nos. You mentioned windows, I could never do a streak free window until using The Ultimate Cloth, it is a Mirafiber cloth that all you use is water and you can even wash the cloths in the washing machine and reuse. That and Fizzion are my go to cleaners for our home.
oh goody! i just tried my tenth bottle of stain and odor remover. this time it was ‘out’. not good enough for this house. i’ll be looking for fizzion.
