Me hid UTB Sunday when they letted off fireworks here in Midway and tonight me will be back there again as our US neighbors (we lives 100 yards North of the border) has theirs!

Happy Independence Day, dear friends! We’re just relaxing with Mom and Dad, who have the day off. Hopefully, no one sets off any of those boomers later.
Here in the UK July 4 is the Eton College celebration day – a sort of parents’ day. Larry of Downing St says that his pet David Cameron gets sort of nostalgic about it.

We are all trying to stay cool here. The fireworks are super close to the Townhouse, but they don’t bother me much. Probably because of all those action movies I watch with Gloman. ; ) They are skipping them though, cuz they say it’s too hot. Pretty lame excuse if you ask me.
Actually trapping 4 kittens and a mom under someone’s porch. Have to take mom to get fixed and released and fostering the kittens till they are adoptable. Just had the 3rd of my last 4 fosters go to a new home last night with another kitty I had fostered last year.
I know I’m preachin’ to the choir, but spay and neuter people, spay and neuter – spread the word. Our local shelter just put down 30-40 cats last week. I know I can’t save them all, but that news gave me a heavy heart.
